All orders are custom-made and produced specifically based on the approved design. Therefore, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted once the order is approved and payment is made.

    •    Production Errors: If there is a production defect or an issue caused by us, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and offer a possible solution.

    •    Chargeback Waiver: By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that chargeback claims are not valid for custom-made products. All sales are final.
